All Acquisitions Are Final
Because every artwork is a bespoke commission, all acquisitions are final. This is standard practice with gallery-represented fine art, and it protects both the integrity of the House of Montague collections and the enduring value of your investment.
Unlike mass-produced items, each piece requires specialized handling and custom fabrication. This absolute policy guarantees that every collector receives an artwork in uncompromised condition—never a returned, handled, or previously circulated piece.
In the Rare Event of Damage
While extremely rare due to our specialized fine-art logistics, if your artwork is compromised during transit, the House of Montague will immediately rectify the matter. Simply document the condition and reply to your acquisition confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery.
Our comprehensive transit insurance guarantees the replacement of:
• Visible damage sustained during transit
• Any deviation from our museum-grade production standards
• Incorrect dimensions or specifications received
Your piece will be immediately recommissioned and follow the exact same rigorous quality standards, ensuring your final artwork arrives flawless.
