Acquisition & Delivery
Each acquisition follows a considered path—from its place in the House of Montague archive to its arrival in your care.

Your chosen artwork and size are confirmed, beginning the preparation of your acquisition.
II. Archive Number Assigned
Your acquisition is registered in the House of Montague studio archive and assigned an individual archive number.
III. Artwork Produced & COA Prepared
Your work is produced to order on Fujiflex Crystal Archive High Gloss through WhiteWall. Your personalized digital Certificate of Authenticity is prepared and digitally signed by TC Montague.
IV. Secure Packaging & Insured Transit
The print is secured in protective packaging suited to its size and format. Complimentary insured delivery is included to supported destinations worldwide, with tracking emailed after dispatch.
V. Artwork & COA Delivered
Your artwork arrives unframed, ready for your chosen framing and matting. On the day of delivery, TC emails your digital certificate, ready to save or print for your personal archive.
Please allow approximately nine working days, Monday through Friday, from order confirmation to arrival. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with artwork size, destination, customs, and carrier conditions.
Presentation & Care
Each work arrives unframed, leaving the choice of frame and matting to you. A 1.2-inch white border surrounds the image, providing space for careful handling and professional framing.
The listed dimensions include this border and describe the complete print as delivered. A 64 × 36-inch print, for example, presents artwork at 61.6 × 33.6 inches, finished with a clean white margin on all sides. When planning its place, allow additional space for your chosen frame and any matting. Your framer should confirm the delivered print’s measurements before preparing the finished presentation..
Handle the print by its border with clean hands or clean nitrile gloves, keeping contact away from the image surface. Use a clean, dry workspace and seek professional advice before attempting surface cleaning.
For lasting enjoyment, choose a position away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and damp conditions. A framer experienced with photographic works can advise on suitable mounting, matting, and protective glazing.

Each acquisition is registered in the House of Montague studio archive and accompanied by a personalized digital Certificate of Authenticity.
Your certificate records the title, collection, medium, year of creation, print dimensions, collector’s name, archive number, and date of issue. It is digitally signed by TC Montague through Adobe Acrobat, providing cryptographic verification of the document’s authenticity and integrity.
The archive number connects your acquisition to its studio record—a continuing reference for questions of authorship and documentation.

Delivery Details
How are the prints packaged and shipped?
Every print is produced and fulfilled by WhiteWall, a fine art lab known for museum-grade standards. Each piece is individually inspected, wrapped in protective layers, and rolled in a reinforced art shipping tube, the industry standard for gallery-quality works of this scale. All orders ship fully insured with tracking, arriving ready for professional framing.
Is international delivery included?
Yes. Insured delivery is complimentary to supported destinations worldwide. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise, and customs processing may affect arrival time.
Can I change or cancel my acquisition?
Please contact TC as soon as possible. Before production begins, a change or cancellation may be possible; once a work enters production, neither can be guaranteed.
May I return a work if I change my mind?
Each work is made to order for its collector, so returns and exchanges for a change of mind are not offered, except where applicable law provides otherwise. TC is glad to answer any questions about size or presentation before you acquire.
Returns & Replacements
What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
Every print is covered for transit damage, production defects, and fulfillment errors, with a new print produced and shipped at no cost to you. TC will be in touch on the day of delivery, and you can reply directly or contact TC with your order number, along with photographs of the issue and the packaging. Please keep the artwork and all packaging for review. Reports are best made within 48 hours of delivery, though this timeframe does not limit your rights under applicable law.
What if my delivery appears to be lost?
Contact TC with your order details. House of Montague will investigate with the carrier and, once transit loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement without charge.
Who can I contact after my artwork arrives?
TC remains available for any questions about your work, its care, its presentation, or its archive documentation. Every message is read and answered personally, Monday through Saturday.
